At times in our lives, we may feel stuck, unmotivated, challenged, or just wanting to understand ourselves better. We may have a clear idea of what's wrong, or we may just feel like something isn't quite 'right'. Getting support from someone impartial and outside of your life circle can help to understand what's going on and give you clarity about yourself and your relationship to others.
Through uncovering the blocks on your path, you can start to feel empowered about the choices you make, learn to set realistic goals and experience a greater sense of peace in your life.
Research shows that the most important aspect of successful therapy is feeling understood, seen and felt by your therapist. This is more important than the type of therapy you may choose, the issues that you have or the particular training of your therapist. Healing occurs when we can sit with a non-anxious presence who is deeply listening, not only to our words, but to every aspect of who we are. A good therapist makes you somehow feel like you’re home.
What I offer
At present, I offer online counselling sessions via Zoom. You will be emailed a private link before the start of the session. All individual counselling appointments are $120 and sessions are for 50 minutes.
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation before you book a session. This enables you to ask me any questions and I also will ask you some intake questions to see if we're the right fit for one another.
